Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day money back return policy. *Please note that this 14 day window starts from the original date that the order was confirmed delivered, NOT the date you received this item, if these two dates differ.

The following conditions apply:

To receive a refund, the item must be defective from our fulfillment center. You may return an item for exchange if you ordered the wrong size or the item you received, does not match the item from your original order. All items, whether exchange or refund, must be in new condition, unwashed and tags must be attached. An RMA# is required for all exchanges or refunds.

To receive authorization for a return or exchange, you must contact customer service at: Customerservice@outcomefightgear.com . Please include the original invoice with the RA# written on it when shipping to us.

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 3 business days of the product being delivered. No item will be eligible for return or exchange if we do not receive notice within this timeframe.

All items must be shipped back within (14 business days) to receive a refund or exchange. After this period, your RMA# will no longer be valid. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any exchange shipping. Outcome Fight Gear will pay to send the new product (one way) in the event that you receive a defective product from us.

Please be sure to include a copy of the original invoice with the RMA# that you are issued. Outcome Fight Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged items or packaging shipped to us. Outcome Fight Gear will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
